Conference Sponsorship Registration

Thank you for supporting our event. Your sponsorship is integral to our ability to serve our communities and provide quality programming for our members.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Networking Reception Sponsorship is available to one sponsor who provides $4,000 or more to support the Networking Reception. The Network Reception Sponsor will receive:

  • One full-page, full color ad in the Conference Program
  • Signage at the Networking Reception
  • Signage at the Conference, as the Network Reception Sponsor
  • Opportunity to address the conference attendees with Opening Remarks at the Networking Reception
  • Verbal Recognition during the conference
  • Four (4) complimentary Conference Registrations

 Platinum Sponsorship is available to sponsors who provide $2,500 or more to support the conference costs, including but not limited to, the production of the conference program materials,  the rental and operations of the audio/visual equipment, and the serving of food and beverages throughout the conference. The Platinum Sponsors will receive:

  • One full-page, full color ad in the Conference Program
  • Signage at the Conference, as a Platinum Sponsor
  • Verbal Recognition during the conference
  • Four (4) complimentary Conference Registrations

Gold Sponsorship is available to sponsors who provide $1,500 or more to support the conference costs, including but not limited to, the production of the conference program materials,  the rental and operations of the audio/visual equipment, and the serving of food and beverages throughout the conference. The Gold Sponsors will receive:

  • One half-page, full color ad in the Conference Program
  • Signage at the Conference, as a Gold Sponsor
  • Verbal Recognition during the conference
  • Three (3) complimentary Conference Registrations

Silver Sponsorship is available to sponsors who provide $1,000 or more to support the conference costs, including but not limited to, the production of the conference program materials,  the rental and operations of the audio/visual equipment, and the serving of food and beverages throughout the conference. The Silver Sponsors will receive:

  • One quarter-page, full color ad in the Conference Program
  • Signage at the Conference, as a Silver Sponsor
  • Verbal Recognition during the conference
  • Two (2) complimentary Conference Registrations

Bronzer Sponsorship is available to sponsors who provide $500 or more to support the conference costs, including but not limited to, the production of the conference program materials,  the rental and operations of the audio/visual equipment, and the serving of food and beverages throughout the conference. The Bronze Sponsors will receive:

  • Logo in the Conference Program
  • Signage at the Conference, as a Bronze Sponsor
  • Verbal Recognition during the conference
  • One (1) complimentary Conference Registration
